How does the free trial work?

When you create your account, your organization gets 7 days with every feature unlocked. When the trial ends, choose a plan in the dashboard to keep using SyncZap.

Is the price per person?

No. The price is per organization, with one connected WhatsApp. Each plan includes a number of members; on Business, members are unlimited.

What's the difference between on-demand reading and automatic transcription?

With on-demand reading, the AI transcribes a voice note or reads a photo when you or the assistant asks. With automatic transcription, every incoming voice note is transcribed as soon as it arrives.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Your subscription, card and invoices are in the dashboard under Settings. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Which currency am I charged in?

Visitors in Portuguese see and pay in Brazilian reais (BRL); in English, in US dollars (USD).

Does SyncZap use the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. SyncZap connects your own number as a linked device and does not offer campaigns, message templates or bulk messaging.
