Form-to-WhatsApp builder
Build a small contact form for your website whose answers open WhatsApp as one ready-to-send message to your number. Or get a wa.me link with a fill-in template for places where a form cannot go. The code is shown as text for you to copy.
Runs 100% in your browser: no account, no upload. Nothing you type or open in this tool is sent to any server.
Destination
With area code. A +country code also works.
Fields
Message you receive (example)
Output
Enter a valid number to generate the output.
How to use it
- 1Enter your number and the first line. The first line opens every message, for example "Hi! Sent from the website form:".
- 2Set up the fields. Add up to 12 fields: short or long text, e-mail, phone or a choice list. Mark required ones and reorder them.
- 3Check the example message. Each answered field becomes a line "Label: answer"; empty optional fields are left out.
- 4Copy the form or the link. Paste the HTML form into your site, or copy the template link for a bio, e-mail or QR code.
- The form does not store or send answers anywhere: submitting only opens wa.me with the message, and the visitor taps send in WhatsApp.
- The form's script is inline. If your site's Content Security Policy blocks inline scripts, move it into a .js file.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the answers go?
Only into the WhatsApp message that opens on the visitor's device. No server receives them, so there is no form database to manage.
Does the visitor need WhatsApp installed?
On phones, wa.me opens the app. On computers it offers WhatsApp Web or the desktop app.
Can I style the form?
Yes. The code includes a short CSS block with the .wa-form class that you can edit or replace.
Is anything I build here saved?
No. The form and the link are generated in your browser.
